I have found this truly great orienteering movie filmed mainly in the area of Plitvice lakes.
Let me present you film Join-O-Sports by
Bavarian O-friends.
We have determined date for the next year's event. On 31th May and 1st June, 2008 (Saturday and
Sunday) we will organize two days event in National park Plitvička jezera. We are doing our
best to get permission to set part of the course around the lakes and waterfalls.

We did little reorganization to our photo galleries.
Editor's choice galery will contain
best photos (more then 90 of them). Other photos
will contain rest of
the usable photos not already selected for first galery. Editor's choice will be published last,
except for small part available now. In Other photos
galery, there are some new pictures on Page 1 and we also
added Page 2 and Page
3.
We also have corrected placing of the Bjelovar and Bayern 1 relays in M21 class, because
according to the IOF competition rules (23.10 & 24.6) in the relay races on the
last leg decisive is order of passing the finish line and not punching the finish control.
We added the first page with the photos from the event. Since
even with only basic editing it take some time to process the photos, new pages will be added every
3-4 days until we publish all of them.

Dear O-friends,
on behalf of whole organization team we would like to thank you for coming and taking part in our orienteering event,
because it wouldn't be a such success without you taking part in it.
From now on, we plan to organize this event annually in the area of National park Plitvička jezera. For the next year
we plan to organize two day individual event at the end of May. Also, we are negotiating with the National park
management to get permission to make one of the events by the lakes and waterfalls.
Add this page address to your Internet bookmarks, because it won't change and you will be able to read here about
our future events.
In the following days, come here often because we will publish updates of the results, maps with route choices and of course - photos. Lots of
them. Those six photos down are tiny part of collection of more then 1400 photos our photographer took over last three
days. Not all of them are worth publishing but at least 4 or 5 hundreds should be good enough that we can put them
on our page.

As of today we have exactly 400 individual and 77 relay entries and some are stil expected. WRE races have
92 entries, 65 men and 27 women.

Competitors who want to visit famous Plitvice lakes and waterfalls can buy tickets for entry in that part of National
park Plitvice at 50% discount for each day of their participation on the race. These tickets will be available in
competition centre.

We have got some questions regarding relay classes. So, what class is relay M115/W115
(or M145/W145)?
M115/W115 stands for relay team that consists of three men/women witch all together
have at least 115 years (or 145 respectively). There is no individual age restriction,
only team age restriction (e.g. one W115 team can consist of women 18, 21 and 76 years old,
because they all together have 115 years or more).
